Hosting Local Candidate Forums Since 2020

Candidate forum to be live-streamed ahead of 2026 Primary Election

The Vacaville People's Forum will host a candidate forum for those who have decided to run for District 4 Board of Solano County Supervisors office. The forum will be live-streamed to our Facebook Page on Wednesday, April 15 at 6 p.m. All candidates running for this local office were invited to participate; some were unable to participate due to scheduling conflicts.

The purpose of these forums is for voters to hear what candidates have to say about topics and issues that aren’t typically addressed in other forums, which tend to have a specific focus of interest, such as business or labor. The video will be available for the community to inform your vote before you mail or drop off your ballot! We encourage everyone to vote within their district! This is where your vote can have the most impact on your day-to-day life!

This is the seventh set of candidate forums that the Vacaville People’s Forum has organized for the community since 2020. The Vacaville People’s Forum does not make candidate endorsements. We strive for impartiality and fairness in these forums and to treat each participant with respect and dignity. During the forums, each candidate will be provided with ground rules and have an equal opportunity to state their positions on various community member’s questions in 2-minute increments. Candidates will also have the opportunity to introduce themselves at the start and to provide a closing statement at the end.

You can find all videos and election information at our Vacaville People's Forum Facebook and YouTube pages.

Be sure to cast your vote on (or before, via mail or drop-off) June 2!
